From the reviews
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Holzman. Hands down, he is the best doctor I have ever seen. His bedside manner is fantastic - he made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process of getting a breast reduction. The results of my surgery are amazing - my life is changed for the better because of Dr.
Dr Holzman is an excellent physician and surgeon I had a positive experience with him and his office staff.I had a breast reduction everything went smoothly from start to finish. Dr.Holzman is very dedicated and listens to your concerns.
I cannot praise Dr. Holzman or his staff enough! My 2 year old was bitten in the face by a dog and Dr. Holzman was his plastic surgeon. He not only has amazing bedside manner, but is the best at what he does. He took care of my son like he was his own. My son, being 2, ended up splitting his lip reopen while playing.
I'm a 39 year old patient of Dr. Holtzman at St. Marys and survivor of breast cancer. I lost my confidence and self worth from lumpectomy and he was able to bring me back and make me strong and confident like I was before this happened.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
