I just had a full facelift with Dr Spring and couldn't be happier. Her staff is always kind and cheerful and willing to help with every concern you may have. Her surgery coordinator, Katie Jo, is very sweet and accommodating, and her nurses, Patrice and Tami, are extremely knowledgeable and nice.
