What an absolute “next level “ team!!!! Dr Eichhorn’s team are always so focused on a positive customer experience. The front desk girls are do sweet they greet you by your name. Not sure how they remember everyone.
Greatness all around. The office staff communicated extremely well and promptly. Very little waiting for returned calls or insurance approval information. They're also very friendly and helpful, truly a lost art in medical care in Waco. Dr. Eichorn was very nice and extremely intelligent.
The office staff is always friendly and welcoming upon my arrival checking me And the wait is never very long before you are called back to see the Dr.. who is always prompt and so friendly and listens to you when you tell him your concerns.
Dr. Eichhorn is simply amazing! He has done extensive work on my hands. I completely trust everything he says. He also cares for my Mom. She loves him too! He treats you like family and is extremely knowledgeable! If he is your doctor you have nothing to worry about, he puts your care first!
