First visit to DOCS and Dr Altman. Had a positive experience. Appointments ran very close to on time, the PA did a great job establishing the reason for my visit, prior to Dr entering the room.
My visit was good except for the check in I called for an appointment and should have been booked with Dr. Gildenberg. When I arrived they said I booked online and was booked with Caroline Sulich-Moore. I asked to see a PA and was told I couldn’t due to my insurance.
The Staff here were very competent and polite, even though they were very busy. If I ever have any more Dermatology issues, I'll definitely be going back here for them. The Doctor was great, professional and quick and saw me in a timely manner.
Dr. Gildenberg is an outstanding dermatologist and very friendly. He took the time to discuss with me and provide perspectives. All staff are friendly and competent.
