Fantastic experience. I visited Mid Florida dermatology for the first time today. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was seen promptly and received great care. I have a lot of experience with many dermatology offices with having had skin cancer in the past.
I was greeted, processed, and escorted to a room almost immediately. Everyone knew their role & responsibility. The procedure was carried out with precision. Each person explained what they were going to do and had my well being in mind. My Wife was appreciative that she was able to be with me in the room.
I am very thankful, to my father God. Going through a cancer experience being the patient or the caregiver is very scary, and I was in uncharted territories for myself. Dr. Morrison, and her entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and let the patient know what’s going on during the procedure.
every part of this procedure was handled with kind and professional staff. The doctor was on her game and was able to clear the basil cell from the area on the 1st attempt. It's been 2 days now,healing is looking good. stitches come out in 5 days.
