I had plastic surgery with Dr. Zach at 305 Plastic Surgery, and at the last minute, my friends weren’t available to assist me after the procedure. Thankfully, I found Miami Recovery Team on Instagram, and they responded within seconds. Jade was my nurse, and she was truly a lifesaver.
First off the Customer Service is Amazing! I traveled from Tennessee by myself for my breast augmentation. My last transportation option i had booked was canceled the day of my surgery & i was in need of a new one ASAP i called Miami Recovery Team and Jay blew me away!
I just want to say thank you. Jai was amazing. She assisted me from step 1, helping me find an amazing hotel for my surgical stay. She picked me up from surgery and had my meds ready. Stayed with me and monitored me post surgery. She also took me to my follow up appointment.
