“She always makes sure you understand her instructions on follow-up and home care.”

From the reviews
MetroDerm & Center for Plastic Surgery in Sandy Springs has been a place I keep coming back to, for good reason. Every experience I’ve had there has been exceptional, and the care I’ve received has honestly made a difference in how I feel about myself. Juliena Gigon is someone I can’t recommend enough.
I truly had the best experience with Juliena! She is honest, compassionate, and an amazing listener. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beautiful, natural results. I really appreciate how realistic she was about expectations and how comfortable she made the entire process.
For once I didn't have to pay for parking, LOL. That was nice. the office staff was very attentive. I was taken care of quickly and professionally. Everything was well explained. I was glad that I went. I'm turning 70 this year and a body exam was suggested by my general practitioner. I'm glad I went.
Dr. Alford is the absolute best! I visited her because of a recurring scalp condition that I felt I was cursed with lol. She was able to analyze my issue & diagnose it at my first visit. & She gave me exactly what I needed.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
