What patients say again and again
“Metcalfe was informative, patient, and clearly an expert at his craft.”
“They understood my nervousness, and his staff was amazing and knew exactly what they were doing they were extremely well trained!”
From the reviews
I just had my surgery done 1 day ago with Dr Metcalf and his staff. One the best qualities these office has is they are definitely to the point and confident which in turn made me trust them. Even my fiance was empress ed by how confident Dr. Metcalf sounded.
Dr Metcalf did my first breast augmentation. Not having experience with breast enhancement I foolishly went way to large. After a while, realizing I was very unhappy with my enhancement Dr Metcalf offered to do revision. He went with a much smaller implant and reconstructed my breast. I've never been so happy.
I have been a work in progress for Dr Metcalfe. He is hands down the best. When I saw him the first time I had gone to a different surgeon that had done unnecessary mastectomies on me. This man is amazing. He will always be special to me.
Nothing but praise for Dr Metcalf and his staff!! They are very thorough with explaining the process and the look after is worth every penny!!! Some people go to other places that do all sorts of plastic surgery.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
