Dr Bertram is unsually personable and professional. There was an emergency surgery that required his assitance and he personally came in to quickly explain and apologize. Afterwards, even though he was running late, he took all the time I needed to understand my simple procedure and what to look out for afterwards.
This was my first visit to Dr O’Hara as I am trying to group all my physicians under MedStar. Dr. O’Hara was very thorough and will now be my regular Podiatrist. This is important to me as I am a diabetic. I was very happy with this treatment and nail trimming. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing foot care.
Dr. Bertram and his team are excellent. The office is clean and efficient. Dr. Bertram diagnosed my issue, explained why it happened and gave my instructions on how to handle my foot pain. He also discussed what we can do in the future if the pain continues to worsen. I highly recommend, Dr. Bertram.
