About this practice
What patients say again and again
“She took the time to really listen and helped us find a solution without immediately jumping to harsh creams, which I truly appreciated as a parent.”
“My final opinion of MDCS Commack and of PA Brianna, as well as the rest of the staff - including Medical Assistant Olivia and the front desk people - is totally positive.”
From the reviews
Dr. Haley Alexandropoulos is truly amazing! From the moment we walked in, the office felt welcoming and kind, Nikki at the front desk greeted us with such warmth and made the whole visit feel easy and stress-free. Dr. Haley Alexandropoulos was incredibly friendly, patient, and thoughtful with my daughter.
I have been a patient of wonderful PA Kim Guerin at MDCS for a decade, but at the Hampton Bays office. I moved to Commack recently and this is my first visit to their nearby Commack office.
I went for a checkup because I saw 2 things that I never had before. Turns out both biopsies came back cancerous. I called the office after getting the results because the initial person I spoke to, someone NOT from the office, was very much in a rush to get off the phone.
I was very pleased with the office and process of checking in and it was my first time coming to this Doctor. I waited in the waiting room for maybe 3 minutes and they called me. The assistants that took all my information were very nice and professional. Dr.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
