When I came in I had no idea what to expect. The staff made me completely comfortable. Dr LaFerriere showed genuine concern for my reasons for wanting to make changes and offered great insight on how to get the results I wanted. I looked tired on the outside but felt vibrant on the inside.
At age 36, I had to undergo a pretty intense forehead flap procedure to reconstruct my nose/face after a large amount of skin cancer was removed. Without a doubt, I received the absolute best possible care from Dr. Kienstra and his staff.
All the staff are so kind. Dr kienstra was amazing he gave me my face back I was at a block in the road with no light at the end of the tunnel, then I saw the Dr. and he was not only willing but was so knowledgeable about my rhinoplasty and septoplasty surgery he did.
Dr. Kienstra is the best! His bedside manner, energy and personality go unmatched. He's amazing at what he does, very knowledgeable and experienced. I wouldn't have trusted anybody else with my procedure except for him and can't be more happy with my choice! Doctors like Kienstra are a rarity.
