About this practice
What patients say again and again
“He was very compassionate, informative and made me feel like there's hope and he's going to help me.”
From the reviews
Dr. Trujillo was called in to see my mom while she was in the hospital for a bedsore that would not heal. She had to have her leg amputated the prior year due to vascular disease and diabetes. He recommended flap surgery for her bed sore.
I first met Dr Trujillo in a state of unconscioness after a life threatening vehicle accident in trauma surgery at Regional. Later I had an appointment follow up for some plastic surgery possibly over my eye. Dr. Trujillo advised me he would do the surgery but he really felt I didn't need it.
Dr. Trujillo spoke with me about any concerns or questions that I had. He did not rush and genuinely cared about my progress and gave me answers and advice that I can implement. He is one in a million and I will definitely highly recommend him! He’s the best!!!
Dr. Trujillo is amazing he’s done many surgery’s on me a couple where my life depended on it my biggest surgery was probably my flap surgery to cover the wound where my right leg, hip, and half my pelvis was amputated so he extracted the flap from my left thigh about 6 inches long and 4.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
