Dr. chelnis is one of the nicest physicians I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He takes the time to inform you of every aspect of the care he will be providing for you and he does it with a smile. By seeing the doctor, you also get to deal with Julia, his office assistant, secretary, nurse she smiles, too!
