What patients say again and again
“She also took the time to listen to my concerns and offer possible solutions and the next steps on what the process will be with insurance, etc.”
From the reviews
After years of struggling with poor field of vision and Surgeons who declined to help, UHS Plastic Surgery gave hope as Dr. Yagas came aboard with immediate enthusiasm and competence. She was certain she could provide a solution. To get her team into the O.R. required the Office struggle with insurance.
Yesterday, I had the chance to meet Dr. Yagas for a consultation for a possible upcoming surgery. Dr. Yagas was very courteous as was the entire staff that I met. She also took the time to listen to my concerns and offer possible solutions and the next steps on what the process will be with insurance, etc.
Very nice staff. Sara was very thoughtful and friendly. Put me at ease. Dr Collar Yagas was so kind and thoughtful and considered all my desires and needs. I am so glad I chose her as my surgeon. I would highly recommend this office for any of your plastic surgery needs. Dr Collar Yagas is wonderful.
Most amazing experience from the first phone call to the post operation visits. I am 2 weeks post surgery and I could not be happier! I did all my own the research prior to my visit but Dr Collar Yagas and her staff have a way of just answering any and every question that I felt so at ease.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
