From the reviews
Dr. Belek is a wonderful surgeon and doctor. He is caring, kind, professional and truly gifted. He and his staff go above and beyond to help you get the results you are looking for while keeping you informed and at ease. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Belek!
Dr Belek is a wonderful surgeon. He is caring, compassionate and professional. He is honest about the outcomes of surgery and doesn't just do extra surgery. My hand needs more time to heal before we think about more surgery and I appreciated that he was okay to wait. His staff is absolutely marvelous.
Just like the Rating indicates above, I love Dr. Belek, I'm very happy with the results, he pays attention to detail and is a perfectionist!! which is a very good thing.
When he is working with you, he is the best surgeon and person. He genuinely cares about all of his patients, and you immediately put your trust in him. I needed breast reconstruction due to cancer, and he explained all of my options and dangers. I would suggest him to anyone who needs breast reconstruction.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
