Dr Kirn in my opinion is the overall best plastic surgeon in Lexington Ky . Debbie the receptionist is kind , caring and accommodating. Holly is great too . I had an upper bleph with Dr Kirn and I love it . His whole team at the Surgery Center were all top notch .
