Dr. Shovlin is an amazing medical practitioner and surgeon. His surgery on my left eye for ptosis that I'd had since childhood managed for the first time in 65 years to have my eye lids align and my "lazy eye" no longer so evidently low. One expects a surgeon to do their job well, but Dr.
