From the reviews
I was referred to Dr. Talley five years ago by my general surgeon before undergoing a lesion removal and biopsy. Dr. Talley subsequently performed my breast mastopexy and reduction, and I was extremely pleased with the results. The outcome looked very natural and beautifully proportioned to my body frame.
I had an incredible experience with Dr. Talley at Altos Oaks Plastic Surgery with an augmentation-mastopexy procedure. From the initial consultation to my follow-up care, the entire team provided exceptional support and made me feel comfortable and at ease. During my initial consult, Dr.
In May of 2023, I saw Dr. Talley for a brachioplasty & tummy tuck after major weight loss. From the beginning, he was very thorough, kind, took his time with me and made sure all my questions were answered, and made me feel confident I could trust him with such a major surgery.
Was referred to Dr. Talley for plastic surgery for a radiation burn. Seems like a very intelligent, highly-focused, professional doctor. Unfortunately I have a separate pre-existing condition that he doesn't specialize in, so he was unable to help me.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
