He introduced himself as ""Jeffrey Salomon." Remarkable! Most of the medical folks introduce themself with the salutation, as if you didn't know that they are "doctors." The need for the salutation springs from numerous insecurities and it is also condescending. Jeffrey Salomon is never condescending.
