About this practice
From the reviews
I can not say enough about the care and expertise provided by Dr. Marengo and the entire staff at the cancer center in Vacaville. Dr. Marengo explained everything in terms I could understand - as well as, laying out my options, his opinion and allowing me to make decisions in my care.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had a lumpectomy with Dr. Marengo, and as it was my first surgery, I was extremely anxious. He was so reassuring, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. His nurse, Megan, was wonderful, supportive, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process.
Dr. Marango provided me with excellent care. His confidence in his ability to help the patient is reassuring at a time when you’ve been given a diagnosis which leaves you with lots of questions. He gives detailed explanations that are easy to understand and makes sure you really do understand what’s happening and why.
I had a lumpectomy with Dr. Marengo and he was very reassuring, very thorough, thoughtful and caring. He takes his time with questions with you and is patient and kind.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
