About this practice
From the reviews
I could not have had a better experience than the one I had with Dr. Edwards. I am just over one month post op and have had a number of post of follow ups. Dr. Edwards is not only a wonderful surgeon his bedside manner is fabulous.
Dr. Edwards is an amazing plastic surgeon. He has performed a complex breast reconstruction, along with several other procedures for me. Each time, he takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and what to expect.
I spoke with Michelle to get an initial consult scheduled and while I have not been in to see the provider yet, I am impressed with the kindness and knowledgeability of his staff in willing to work with me and answer any and all questions and set realistic expectations with me that helps me make decisions with my…
If I could give him 10 stars, I would! Dr. Edwards has incredible bedside manner. He spent extra time with me at my pre-op appointments explaining everything in great detail until I was completely satisfied. His attention to detail and high level of care was priceless, and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
