I had a wonderful experience during my procedure. Everyone at the surgical center was so wonderful! From the security guard, to the front desk, to the nurses, the anesthesiologist and of course my Doctor! The were all kind, patient, accommodating and understanding. Big shout out to everyone!💕
We have used Jackson Surgery Center three times in the last two years and every visit was a positive experience. The staff is friendly, the nurses are kind and knowledgeable about every procedure we were there for. The staff kept the family/driver informed the entire time the patient was there.
I've been there twice for a medical procedure. Back in February for an endoscopy and again yesterday for a colonoscopy. Both times everyone from the front desk to the person who wheeled out to the car was very helpful, friendly, kind, caring and professional.
My husband and I have both been here for minor outpatient procedures. We could not be more impressed with this facility and can enthusiastically recommend it to anyone needing surgery. We both had excellent care while we were there.
