What patients say again and again
“Bedside manner and work ethic are rare these days in physicians and he honors both.”
From the reviews
I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Baker and his staff. I had minimal abdominal pain and he did not write me off like most. He had me do a CT and they found a nodule on my appendix. He then scheduled me for surgery and removed it before it ruptured or spread.
Dr. Baker did an emergency gallbladder removal on me, and he did an amazing job. The staff in the OR was caring and compassionate. And the staff at Walker Baptist Hospital treated me wonderful.
I had an abscess in my abdomen and Dr Baker cut it out and took excellent care of me during my surgery and the whole time it took to heal from the inside out.He is a very good compassionate doctor and I could not ask for better service from a doctor.
Dr Baker is very kind and his medical treatment is excellent. He is so good to my Mother. Krista and Carol are awesome too...
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
