I had cataract surgery on my left eye this morning and I can’t emphasize how much I was pleased with the way I was treated from check in to check out. The nurses who administered to me were outstanding both in their personal and professional treatment I received.
I was very pleased with the entire staff that I met, from Beth in scheduling, to Jessica who did my intake, to Dr. Shear. Very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Everything was done in a timely fashion as well. All my questions and concerns were answered thoroughly and they were very patient.
Brand new patient. Very friendly office staff. Got an appointment right away for an urgent matter. Dr Schear was also friendly and caring —answered all my concerns & questions clearly. Was very thorough and did not rush through the appointment.
Dr Schear is absolutely wonderful. Our son had an emergency, was seen immediately and within 15 min Dr Schear had cleared a foreign object from my son’s eye and all was well. My son went from scared and unhappy when we arrived, to smiling and laughing as we were leaving. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!
