Dr. Hoops is quite possibly the sweetest Doctor there is. Aside from being sweet, he is extremely talented and serious about his work. Very skilled with a lot of experience, Dr. Hoops will make you feel comfortable very easily and answer any question you have.

I have had several procedures done by Dr Hoops. skin tags removed, questionable spots checked and the biggest was carpal tunnel surgery on both of my hands. Dr Hoops is a hand specialist. Dr Hoops is a very good and compassionate doctor with a great bed side manner.
