Dr Holzapfel and her staff are outstanding. I had a situation crop up from a prior surgery performed elsewhere that resulted in an infection. The way she expertly rectified my concern (although a bit tricky) was beyond impressive. I will not trust my face to anyone else.
Front desk staff was on-the-ball, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Dr. Lied's nurse explained important points of procedures and reviewed my ppwk. Dr. Lied came in and was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and took care in asking about my expectations and desired results. I never felt rushed...
