I was amazed that I could get an appointment next day. Nowadays that is unheard of for specialists. The gentleman that took my call was amazing. True professional with great customer service skills. When I arrived the staff was courteous and patient with me - struggled to get my digital insurance card info.
This was our first visit at this location and our first encounter with the P.A. was a breath of fresh air. Dr Romina P.A., was attentive and kind. She actually listened to our concerns about our toddler’s eczema allowing us to create a plan we all were comfortable with.
Cordial and prompt service from the staff and doctor Romina, quick evaluation and assessment of the topical issue, with an effective treatment on point.
