What patients say again and again
“His follow-up exams are also thorough and he takes the time needed to explain my results.”
From the reviews
There is reason for concern in the front ends system of receiving and sorting out people coming in for their appointments. After you get through that, my Dr and his nurse assistant do an excellent job, to the best of their abilities. That is all I have to say.
My 5 star review is not for how much I trust Guthrie. Guthrie is just a name and airly new in this area as they bought Lourdes. My 5 Star review is for the immense trust I have for Dr. Eric Seybold and his nurse Gretchen, who I've been going to for the past 21 years at Lourdes. People like them, and P.A.
Dr Seybold and his staff are great! They LISTEN and give me all the information I need to understand my problems and the choices for handling them. Dr. Seybold explains procedures thoroughly and provides in-depth details when I ask for them.
My experience having carpel tunnel surgery was wonderful - Dr. Ellison and his nurse were terrific! I never had surgery before and they made me feel comfortable with what was happening, and even during the surgery I felt relaxed. The care I received was top-notch. Thank you!
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
