One of the best specialist appointments I’ve had. Intake nurse was personable and genuinely friendly. Waited only a few minutes before Dr. Machado came into the room. He immediately greeted me with a smile and used my first name. Asked all the pertinent questions and gave me the options.
If you want a quick review, here it is. Dr Machado, the staff and the facility are all wonderful. You would be hard pressed to find a better combination anywhere. Here is the long form review..... I think it is important to note that in the US we view healthcare incorrectly, as a whole.
I was impressed with the efficiency of the administrative staff upon arrival. They were very friendly and welcoming. In addition, the outside temperature was 11 degrees and windy, stepping into your office with its warmth and well appointed waiting area was like a breath of fresh air. Dr.
Dr Machado is the best. He was called in on his day off on a Friday night and was able to perform Emergency surgery in the trauma center where I came in by ambulance from a different emergency room.I had a very good outcome after surgery. He and his staff did an excellent job.
