Dr. Tobin did a blepharoplasty for me to improve vision. I found him to be a fine doctor and had been highly recommended by my eye doctor. His staff was pleasant and the surgery center was comparable. I would recommend using Dr. Tobin to others that need a blepharoplasty as per their eye doctor's request.
