I went into Gray Dermatology to get a mole removed. April at the front desk was very friendly! Chelsea came to take me back to the room, and she was amazing! Very friendly and professional. Michelle came in and was VERY thorough and explained aftercare. She is amazing!
I recently had a unpleasant experience with another Dermatology practice in Lancaster. I would hands down recommend Grays Dermatology. The other group was cognoscente of a medical condition that I have and medications that I am currently taking.
Staff was very helpful upon entering the office. Not only welcoming but assisted in the completion of intake questions. Once I entered the treatment room all concerns were addressed and the treatment was done in a professional manner.
The wait time was nothing. Got me right in as a new patient. As soon as you walk through the doors, you are greeted very nicely! The whole staff that I worked with the day of my first appt was very professional move and sympathetic. They all listened. Explained things so that Anyone could understand them.
