I was referred by my friend and came to the clinic for Coolsculpting. Kat is the person who worked with me. She came up with a plan and totally tailored to my body type. She was very clear and very honest about results, timing and expectations. She also gave me great tips on diet.
Update: Initially I gave a 1 star review for my experience with customer service. But I am now changing my review to a 5 star. I went to my rescheduled appointment. The office staff was very polite, two women were at the front desk they were very polite. The office is clean and refreshments are offered.
The front office staff was very competent, helpful, caring, and efficient. Reyna and the Office Manager were very knowledgeable and caring. Ron (their NP) was very competent and reassuring as well. Dr. Gladstone was very focused, competent, caring and reassuring.
