Dr. Kraft performed my earlobe reconstruction and the entire experience has been amazing. Everyone from the receptionists to nurses to Dr. Kraft himself are very respectful and welcoming. I was self pay and found the price to be extremely reasonable.
I’am about 8 weeks post-op from lesions removed on my eye lid. The lesions were in places on my eye lid, deemed difficult to removed by other Physicians. Most doctors said just leave it, the scar will be worse. The lesions continued to grow and itch. It began to affect my peripheral vision.
From the ambience to the positive energy and the friendliest and funniest receptionist to the sweetest and most caring medical assistant and to the most professional, patient, hard working, and talented doctor/singer, everything and everyone was absolutely spectacular.
I’ve never been more impressed by ANY physician’s office (Not even my PCP!) Dr. Kraft has the two most professional, warm, charismatic and overall wonderful staff members. Furthermore, the receptionist is VERY flexible with scheduling which I appreciated because I work and attend school.
