My visit with Dr Koyama was part of a 3-step process to receive the treatment I needed for oral cancer. It first started with my dentist who identified a possible problem and recommended I see an oral surgeon. I then scheduled an appointment with Dr Koyama.
Dr Koyama is the absolute best!! He’s detailed and very careful. He assure me that I was going to be safe during my procedure. His staff was very very nice. The nurses were caring and made sure I was comfortable. The post office visit was great, he answered all my concerns. I did not feel rushed at all.
The doctor is excellent, however, the communication of staff could have been better. On several visits I was confused as I needed a strategic plan for the outcome of my jaw which had gone out and had caused misalignment of my bite.
