From the reviews
My experience with Dr. Wermeling was incredible! I am so please with the results from my breast reduction!! Everything Look and feels perfect. His professionalism, generosity and love for his patients definitely compliments his work.
Dr Wermeling and his staff are amazing. I felt immensely at ease after my consult with him, and from start to finish, he explained everything, including what to expect, in detail. I had a list of questions and he answered them all before i even had to ask.
I cannot recommend this practice enough or put into words how thankful I am to them. I had a preventative double masectomy due to having a high risk gene so I had time to research, get recommendations, and make a thorough decision. Having reconstruction through Dr. Wermeling was the best decision I could have made!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Wermeling and his entire team. After undergoing a mastectomy, choosing the right surgeon for my breast reconstruction was incredibly important to me — and I am so grateful I did my research and chose him.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
