I recently had rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Matthew Karen. I broke my nose early in life, and after having septoplasty some time ago, I decided to take the next step—rhinoplasty—to straighten my nose and hopefully improve my breathing. After meeting Dr. Karen and his team, the decision was easy.
The staff of Exclusively Faces is phenomenal! I met with Dr. Karen and Caitlyn for an evaluation . They listened as I explained what correction I wanted and they offered some suggestions. The procedure was performed in the office, and I felt extremely comfortable with them.
I went for a consultation for a non surgical neck lift. What I truly appreciated was that Dr Karen was super honest that the procedures would not help me. He could have sold me a lot with no results but didn’t . I appreciated his honesty and candor.
Dr. Karen and his Entire staff was the best I’ve ever worked with. Besides my results being more than I hoped for, I felt like I was among friends in every interaction. There was never a wait time when I arrived for appointments and I was always treated with kindness and a caring attitude.
