I initially started my journey at another hospital but soon left after being told that the Diep Flap wasnt something they could do for me. This is how I met Dr. Atisha, the best day ever in my book. I had cancer, I was overwhelmed with information, and even more overwhelmed with decisions.
When you learn at a fairly young age that you will need to undergo a double mastectomy due to aggressive breast cancer, you think you will never be "normal" again. The work by Dr. Atisha is amazing. Plus, she is wonderful and caring (and so is her team).
Dr Atisha is an excellent plastic surgeon. I healed quickly from a double mastectomy and implants at the same time. Scares healed nicely. She is very passionate about me as a patient but more importantly as a person.she does not hurry through an appointment. Dr Arisha is always out going and kind and considerate to me.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Atisha and her team. From the very first consultation through my tummy tuck 360 with liposuction and into the postoperative period, she has been compassionate, thorough, and incredibly attentive.
