10 Stars if I could.... this surgery changed my life. I was bothered by bags and dark 'indents' in my eye hollows since my teens. Into my 40's I noticed the wrinkles more and more across the bags, almost cutting the bag in half when I smiled, which also bothered me.
I took many months researching on the best oculofacial plastic surgeon in the Chicago area and I decided on Dr. Phelps. It was the absolute best decision that I made. He was so personable and down to earth to begin with and his staff is equally amazing.
Exceptional surgeon with incredible results Dr. Paul Phelps is an exceptional ocular plastic surgeon. On December 19, I underwent ptosis repair surgery with him, and the results are truly incredible.
Although I'm not getting work done with Dr. Phelps, I do recommend booking a consultation with him based on the positive experience I had at his practice today. I went in for a consultation with Dr. Phelps, and his staff was welcoming and friendly. During my consultation I didn't feel rushed.
