From the reviews
Dr.Damitz and her staff was absolutely the best team ever!! I had 8.5 pounds removed from my breast. I was so nervous and Nicole her nurse got me through it all with no worries. I can't think them enough for everything they have done for me. I wished I would've done the breast reduction sooner.
Dr. Damitz went over and beyond to assist me. She made life changing enhancements to my body (medically necessary) that has boosted my self esteem and confidence I’ve never had. 2-3 years later I’m still fully satisfied and will forever thank her for her hard work and decisions she made in my particular case.
Dr Damitz reconstructed my breasts after a double mastectomy for cancer at my local hospital that developed wound healing issues. She saved me from existing infection and tissue necrosis. She “fixed” another surgeon’s mess, and she and her staff treated me with dignity and kindness.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
