I sent to see a surgeon, Dr. Josh Taylor. I arrived early to do paperwork. The receptionist was very nice. Got me checked in and gave me paperwork to fill out. I was expecting a ‘book’ of papers to fill out but only had to fill out 4 pages. Finished & gave back to receptionist.
