From the reviews
After consulting with several doctors over the past few years, I finally found one I felt completely comfortable and confident in to move forward with. Hands down the best experience I could have asked for. The entire staff have been wonderful to work with. Dr. Brantner and his wife are fantastic!
Doc Brantner flew to Germany from the states with his staff to treat me after an explosion in the US Army left me with severe burns to my face, neck, arm, and hands. Due to his amazing talents, i was able to go on to a career in law enforcement as a civilian and now as a project manager, continuing to work.
Dr brantner did liposuction in my neck and jowl area then redeposited some of the fat in my nasalobial folds. Him and his staff were so nice and comforting. I immediately saw an extreme difference in my face right after he finished the procedure and I almost wanted to cry.
I went to Dr Branter for a panniculectomy (lose skin removal and tummy tuck) and abdominal wall tightening. Due to the nature of my surgery, insurance would cover a portion and I paid out of pocket. His office made this process very simple, answered all my questions and was great over all.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
