About this practice
From the reviews
Went to see Dr Eugene Schmitt about injectable face fillers. I did some research and it said it was best to have a surgeon do the fillers because they are more knowledgeable about where to inject and how much. Had fillers in the past that didn’t do justice for the $$$ I paid.
Dr. Schmitt is an amazing surgeon that truly cares about his patients. His assistant, Mary, is a wonderful woman who put me at ease every time I saw her. Dr. Schmitt answered every question ( and there were a LOT) in a way that was not condescending and extremely transparent.
Dr. Schmitt is kind, caring and compassionate. I have seen Dr. Schmitt for over two decades and each time he take the time and care for each and every services he has provided for myself and my family over the years. Would highly recommended!!
Dr. Schmitt has fabulous diagnostic, surgical and sewing knowledge and skill! Always, Dr. Schmitt carefully and kindly explains a procedure and answers any questions with patience! My Dad was Dr. Schmitt's patient for 15+ years. Dad was always very happy with Dr.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
