From the reviews
I went to Dr. Kapp for breast reconstruction after I was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 32, 7 months before my wedding. He worked with my breast surgeon and offered valuable advice, guidance and empathy during an extremely difficult time.
Dr. Kapp is a wonderful surgeon who performed a complex reconstructive procedure. I am really happy with the results. His staff was knowledgeable, supportive, and always welcoming throughout the process. The follow-up care was thorough and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Kapp and his team. -Pamela HS
Dr Daniel Kapp is the perfect combination of being both knowledgeably skilled and compassionately caring. In my opinion, he is the perfect surgeon. I had a skin cancer on the side of my nose removed by my dermatologist and was referred to Dr Kapp for the repair and closure of the surgical wound.
Dr. Kapp has been my surgeon for 2 breast procedure- I had a prophylactic mastectomy with reconstruction and an implant exchange with fat grafting. For reference I’m a 32 year old healthy woman with a genetic mutation that makes me predisposed to breast cancer. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
