My experience so far a week post surgery has been incredible! Dr. Chao and his staff are so incredibly welcoming, walk you through everything, are in constant contact (even evenings and weekends). I had a minor setback from anesthesia and I was in contact with Dr. Chao, Becky and Paula.
After ruling out other issues, I recently had an explant surgery w/o capsulectomy and no lift to help alleviate breast/back pain and all-over body inflammation with Dr Chao and Beckie in the office.
Beckie is a blessing! The best! Top notch in her craft! Dr. Chao's office is so lovely and incredibly welcoming! The staff is exceptional when it comes to scheduling and very sweet! I have been seeing Beckie for almost 2 years and let me tell you, she is the whole package!!
The entire staff at Chao's Plastic Surgery are wonderful. Dr. Chao and Beckie are phenomenal!!! They listened to my concerns and explained options. They are very attentive and even communicated with me outside of their business hours to make sure I was progressing well. I am incredibly impressed with the outcome.
