Dr. Rothkopf and staff were tremendous from start to finish. Reception, nurses, assistants and Dr. Rothkopf were very friendly and personable. I had a torn earlobe and Dr Rothkopf talked me thru the procedure, painless and looks great. Having read reviews prior to my appointment I did not know what to expect.
