From the reviews
I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Riyaz at Direct Dermatology. From the moment of my consultation, Dr. Riyaz was professional, informative, and genuinely attentive.
Dr. Riyaz is such an amazing doctor. He truly takes your care personally to understand and prescribe the correct treatment specific to your needs. I went their for the first time and he took a look at me even though it was near closing time for them.
Office was bright and clean. Friendly staff. Doc was running late but was expecting that a bit as my appointment was at 5pm. Doc was very personable, listened to my concerns with direct feedback and made sure I understood what his opinions and concerns were.
So I went to direct dermatology and aesthetics for the first time today and seen dr Farhaad Riyaz and from the moment I walked into the office and was greeted by the help at the desk. They were very professional very informative, and then the technician who took me in the back.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
