I had been thinking of getting botox for years but always chickened out. I finally decided to just do a consultation and I am so glad I did. Dr. Payman did a great job at answering my questions. She's very knowledgeable and put me at ease. She didn't try to up-sale me to get me to buy more than I wanted or needed.
I went into this clinic on 1/14. The service I got on the phone booking the appointment was great! The receptionists were very helpful over the phone and via text. I was able to get a same day or next day appointment. They saw me right away when I arrived and the doctor was very kind and helpful during my consultation.
