All the staff from the front desk to nursing, anesthesia and of course Dr. Pratt were great. Everyone was extremely helpful. All medical procedures went extremely well. All my questions were answered. My eyelid has healed leaving a very small scare that will probably go away. It is so small, it is almost invisible.
I owe a lot to Dr Pratt. During my third trimester of pregnancy with my son nearly 6 years ago now, I was stricken with facial paralysis that I never fully recovered from. As vein as I might be seen to some, I have no doubt they’d come to understand completely if they lived it themselves.
