Three months ago I suddenly could barely hear out of either of my ears. I first saw Dr. Santos a month later (still unable to hear). He addressed my hearing issue that same day by putting a tube in one of my ears. Yay!
Didn’t know exactly what to expect. Usually I have to defend myself with doctors and specialists to receive proper care but not with Dr. Santos. He fully listened and checked everything of interest. And then didn’t rush out either, he really took his time to provide care for me.
From the front desk upon arrival and through out the entire process, I was treated with respect and with a sense of care. My hearing test process was handled very professionally and efficiently. My time with Dr. Santos was informative and I didn’t feel rushed.
Dr Santos listened to my issues and came up with a game plan. I wish I would’ve seen him a couple years ago instead of another ENT that was a big waste of time! Highly recommend Dr Santos. Everyone I encountered here (front desk admin was GREAT, I wish I could remember her name) was friendly and helpful.
