From the reviews
Dr. Cantwell is very caring and passionate about his patients and results. His assistant, Jen is also caring and passionate as well and I feel I'm taken care of very well. The staff at his office are absolutely friendly and wonderful. His nurse Michelle is terrific as is his scheduling coordinator, Tammy.
I had a breast reduction. When I first came in to see Dr Cantwell he was the only physician who I'd had a consultation with that made me feel completely at ease. His PA Jen is amazing and so smart & thorough.
I initially visited Dr. Cantwell for a small cyst on my chin which he removed quickly and painlessly and there is very minimal scaring. After the removal I decided to have a consultation for a breast augmentation. Dr. Cantwell and his team made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions.
I’m 3 months PO from my breast reduction with side lipo. I can’t begin to say how happy I am with the entire experience. Dr Cantwell, his PA Jenn, as well as his entire staff were so professional/helpful from my initial consultation to my final check up. Highly recommend.
Researching a tummy tuck?
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is major surgery with real risks and a recovery that usually runs several weeks — this page is a starting point for finding a surgeon, not medical advice. The most useful next step is a consultation, where a surgeon reviews your health history, examines you, talks through your options, and gives a personal quote. Bring questions and don't rush the decision.
Questions worth asking: Are you board-certified in plastic surgery (and can I verify it)? Where would you operate, and is the facility accredited? Can I see before-and-after photos of your own patients? What are the risks and the realistic recovery timeline for me? What's your revision policy if something needs adjusting? Whatever a listing says, always verify certification directly with the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) at abplasticsurgery.org, and discuss your candidacy, risks, and recovery with the surgeon.
